Make a bugreport
We really want all LenoxBot users to help us to find the bugs and to report them by creating a bugreport.
The only thing you have to do for that is being on our support Discord server. Here's the link: https://discord.gg/c7DUz35
1) Go to the #bugs channel.
2) With ?bugreport you can start a new bugreport form! You have to answer these questions to the Bugreport form:
- What is the title of your bugreport?
- How can you reproduce the bug? (Explain in steps)
- Which result would normally have to be?
- What happens if you do the action now?
We admit that this syntax can be confusing for first time users, but it's really pretty easy when you get the hang of it.
3) Report Review Once your report has been submitted, it'll go into the #bug-approval-queue. There, Bug Hunter™s will review it and see if:
- The bug makes sense as it's written
- The report contains all the necessary information
- It can be reproduced.
- The bugreport language is english
If 3 Bug Hunter™s use the ?approve command, your bug is accepted and will be put into the Trello board automatically. You will be spoiled with 50 medals.Then the bot will give you the "Initiate" role. This gives you access to a new channel that's full of a bunch of useful information and rules that people with the Bug Hunter™ role are expected to follow.
